Press tech engineering manufactures some of the finest electrical stampings on high quality steels using high precision tools and high capacity presses. Press tech engineering has emerged as one of the pioneers of the industry and has been known for its high quality stampings. We currently manufacture 300 tones of wide range of electrical stampings per month. Our last year financial turn over was 31 crores and this year our projected turn over is 42 crores.
We offer an extensive variety of electrical stampings made of both cold-rolled non-oriented (CRNO) steel and cold rolled closely annealed (CRCA) steel. The raw material is directly obtained from reputed steel manufacturers like ESSAR, SAIL, JSW, TI and BHUSHAN POWER STEELS. Random samples of raw materials are put to periodic chemical tests to ensure quality. Our high speed presses aid in meeting build and regular requirements of our customers. We also offer pressure die casted rotors on specified sizes and requisite skews based on customer requirements.
PRESS SHOP
In order to meet the increasing demands of our valued customers Press tech engineering is equipped with three 200 ton high speed presses which are equipped with gear and gripper feeders and can be run at speeds of 200 strokes per minute. Our press shop also inhouses a 125 ton and two 100 ton high speed presses. We are also equipped with an array of conventional presses also. We use state of the art Progressive dies with auto-stacking features. We also operate on gang tools.

Our Tooling department is equipped with all the essential machineries on which our highly qualified professionals are working on development of both new and existing progressive tools.
